Barst Mukamal & Kleiner Partner Alexis S. Axelrad Re-elected to AILA Board of Governors.

On June 20th, Barst partners Alexis S. Axelrad and Deborah J. Notkin spoke at the American Immigration Lawyers Association Annual Conference on Immigration Law in Orlando, Florida.

Ms. Axelrad spoke at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Open Forum as well as Regulatory and Policy Changes at USCIS and DOS: Part II. Ms. Notkin spoke on the BALCA and DOL FAQ Updates panel.

During the conference, Ms. Axelrad received a 2019 AILA President’s Commendation for outstanding volunteer service and assistance to AILA’s President and was re-elected to the Board of Governors for a three-year term.
